As a young engineer I struggled to find my way in the corporate world.  I failed a lot and made many mistakes.  Without a coach or any mentors, it was a tough journey.  Failure is a great teacher.  However, I realized that career success is a balancing act between learning on your own and having coaches and mentors who can intervene at appropriate times.  The same was true when I got promoted to be a leader - I learned on my own without any formal training.  Having learned the hard way, my mission is to make sure that I do my best to guide others - allow them to learn from their mistakes but be their to guide as needed.  Today, I am passionate about enabling success for individuals, teams and organizations.  This success manifests itself as professional growth for individuals, successful delivery of complex programs by high performance teams and sustainable profitability for organizations. I achieve this through coaching, competency development workshops, facilitation of sessions and consulting.

I am a firm believer in the “Art of the Possible”.  I use a generative approach in coaching. Using self-awareness as the foundation, I provide insights from my corporate and consulting career of 25+ years, to enable unleashing of your best self.  I work on uncovering conscious or sub-conscious beliefs that may be sabotaging success. As a result of, my clients embark on an accelerated journey towards achieving their full potential.

My experience spans Automotive, Commercial Trucking, Off-Highway, Industrial, Non-profits, Telecom, Digital Printing and Manufacturing industry in North America, Europe and Asia working with as well as coaching all levels of organization ranging from C level executives to manager.  My areas of expertise include business strategy & planning, manufacturing, new product development, engineering, continuous improvement, program management including agile project management, operations and organization development

Leadership Experience 

I held various positions of progressively increasing seniority during his corporate career and worked as the Director of Engineering for a Manufacturing firm. I led Global teams in New Product Development and Program Management activities that successfully launched over 20 complex and innovative programs.
