DiSC-Behavioral cares deeply about the privacy of our site's visitors and users.  To that end, this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how DiSC-Behavioral ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares your Personal Information. It also includes an explanation of the data rights you may have in that Personal Information. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our site visitors. This Privacy Policy is not intended to override the terms of any contract you have with us, nor any rights you may have under other applicable data privacy laws.

1. What 'Personal Information' Do We Collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; the e-mail address that you may provide while making a purchase with DiSC-Behavioral; computer and connection information and purchase history. Our website is powered by Wix. Wix may use software tools to measure and collect session information. This includes page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 

 

Wix may retain our users' Personal Information for as long as our DiSC-Behavioral user account with Wix is active. In addition, we ask for and may collect Personal information about you, such as your name, home address, phone number, email address, commercial information (credit card information when you make a purchase with us). We also collect identifiable information, including name, email, password, payment details, credit card information, and product reviews.

We may continue to retain your Personal Information after you deactivate your User Account and/or cease to use any particular Services, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes regarding our Users or their Users-of-Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests.

Wix has implemented security measures designed to protect the Information that you share with DiSC-Behavioral. Payment information, such as a credit card number, through our purchase forms is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection. Wix  regularly maintains a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification. Wix also frequently monitors its systems for potential attacks and seeks new ways to enhance the security of its Services. 

Aside from these measures taken by Wix, we cannot and do not guarantee the complete protection and security of your Personal Information. As advised by Wix, be sure to set strong passwords for your account and avoid proving us or anyone else with sensitive Personal Information that, upon disclosure, you believe could cause you substantial harm.​

If you engage with us through a social media account, we may collect account information. To the extent you connect an account managed by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Instagram) with an DiSC-Behavioral account, you authorize DiSC-Behavioral to have access to information related to that account (as permitted by the terms of service of your account with that social media site) and agree that DiSC-Behavioral may collect, store and use such information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not want to provide us with this data, please modify the privacy settings on your applicable social media account.

2. How do we use this information?

Through the process of conducting a transaction through our website, we collect Personal Information that you give us. This includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your Personal Information is also stored with Wix to assist us with managing contacts. As such, Wix is solely a "Processor" of information and not the "Controller". Wix does not have a direct relationship with our site's users. The information we collect is used to:

1. Ensure best products and customer support

We use Personal Information to process and deliver product orders, notify you of your order's status, and to address any inquiries or complaints. For instance, Personal Information may be used if you contact our customer service. We will use your Information such as order information, email, name, or phone number to provide you with the best service possible. 

Customize experiences on our Services and gain insights into our customers and communities and operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Sites and the Services.

We use Personal Data to present products and content tailored to you, your interests and location. Our use of Personal Data may also help you engage with other users of our Services. We also use Personal Data for quality assurance, to monitor and improve customer support and the Services, including monitoring browsing activity and session replays, and to better understand our customers and other individuals who access our Services, which helps us develop more interesting and relevant products and services. 

2. Promote DiSC-Behavioral through direct email marketing services. 

If you choose to sign up for our email newsletter, we will use your email to assist with marketing and providing you with information on our products through our newsletter.

We use the data we collect to provide third parties with the information required to enable those third parties to fulfill products or services that a DiSC-Behavioral user has ordered.

We may use Personal Information, like your email or phone number, to contact you about the DiSC-Behavioral product(s) that you have purchased or used, and to notify you of products and promotions. 

4. Administer and Analyze Surveys or Promotions

We may use your Personal Information to communicate promotional activities and offers to you and conduct market research. If you participate in any of our Google Forms surveys, we will use your responses to assist us with marketing, supplying, product fixes, website fixes, shipment, and more.

We use Personal Data to use analytics, monitor trends, apply statistics and determine usage and performance of the Services, for purposes of data aggregation and centralization, to engage in business transactions, including the purchase, sale, lease, merger, amalgamation or any other type of acquisition, disposal, securitization or financing involving DiSC-Behavioral, and for various aspects of operations including suppliers, business development, finance related analytics etc.

We may add Personal Data we collect from you with information provided by reputable third party sources.  We may combine Personal Data with information we receive from joint marketing partners, public databases, publicly available pages on social media platforms and other third parties, to give us better consumer insight into your needs, help us tailor our communications with you, deliver marketing messages to you and improve our business. For example, we may obtain updated email address information from email-change-of-address vendors or purchase third-party marketing data and address information and add it to our database to send you offline marketing materials, better direct our advertising and provide pertinent offers we think you are more likely to be interested in. You can opt-out of us combining your personal information with the information lawfully collected from third parties by contacting us using the contact details set out below.


 

3. How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?

We, along with Wix and its Third Party Service Providers, use cookies and other similar technologies in order to ensure that our services perform properly, to analyze performance and marketing activities, and to personalize our visitors' experience.

4. Communications from DiSC-Behavioral

4.1 Promotional messages

We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages by e-mail if you choose to sign up for our e-mail newsletter. 

If you do not wish to receive such messages, please email us at info.DiSC-Behavioral@gmail.com to unsubscribe.

4.2 Service and Billing Messages 

We may also contact you either important information regarding our products.  When you place an order with us, we will e-mail you a copy of your billing information along with your package's tracking number. You cannot opt out of these messages.


 

5. Children

The Services are intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. As a general matter, we usually do not knowingly collect or process personal information from children under the age of 16, unless a lower age is provided or allowed by local law. 


 

6. Data retention

Our site, along with Wix, may retain your Personal information for as long as your DiSC-Behavioral user account is active.  or as needed for other obligations including disputes resolution, fraud prevention, regulatory requirements, improving our services or maintaining security, and in each case, as consistent with applicable law. Non-personal information that has been sufficiently aggregated or anonymized may be retained for a longer period.

Sensitive payment information, such as a credit card number, go through Wix's designated purchase forms and is protected by an industry standard SSL/TLS encrypted connection. Wix continuously maintains a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification, in addition to regularly monitoring its systems for possible threats. 

Aside from these measures taken by Wix, we cannot and do not guarantee the complete protection of your Personal Information. ​Please note that security measures may change or be unavailable from time to time and no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network is 100% secure.

 

8. Third-party websites

Our site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for these websites’ privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, for the content of such third party features or the privacy practices, including third-party cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies, of such third parties. DiSC-Behavioral highly recommends that when you leave our site to visit such websites, you stay aware and read the privacy statements of each website you visit. DiSC-Behavioral's Privacy Policy does not apply to these linked third party websites and is not responsible for them.

By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy. If you have a registered account, we may notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy via email and/or we may ask you to affirmatively acknowledge and consent to the changes the next time you use our Services.
