DiSC-Behavioral cares deeply about the privacy of our site's visitors and users.  To that end, this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how DiSC-Behavioral ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares your Personal Information. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; the e-mail address that you may provide while making a purchase with DiSC-Behavioral; computer and connection information and purchase history. Our website is powered by Wix. Wix may use software tools to measure and collect session information. This includes page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 

 

Wix may retain our users' Personal Information for as long as our DiSC-Behavioral user account with Wix is active. In addition, we ask for and may collect Personal information about you, such as your name, home address, phone number, email address, commercial information (credit card information when you make a purchase with us). We also collect identifiable information, including name, email, password, payment details, credit card information, and product reviews.

To the extent you connect an account managed by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Instagram) with an DiSC-Behavioral account, you authorize DiSC-Behavioral to have access to information related to that account (as permitted by the terms of service of your account with that social media site) and agree that DiSC-Behavioral may collect, store and use such information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not want to provide us with this data, please modify the privacy settings on your applicable social media account.

2. How do we use this information?

Through the process of conducting a transaction through our website, we collect Personal Information that you give us. This includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. Your Personal Information is also stored with Wix to assist us with managing contacts. As such, Wix is solely a "Processor" of information and not the "Controller". Wix does not have a direct relationship with our site's users. The information we collect is used to:

We may add Personal Data we collect from you with information provided by reputable third party sources.  We may combine Personal Data with information we receive from joint marketing partners, public databases, publicly available pages on social media platforms and other third parties, to give us better consumer insight into your needs, help us tailor our communications with you, deliver marketing messages to you and improve our business. For example, we may obtain updated email address information from email-change-of-address vendors or purchase third-party marketing data and address information and add it to our database to send you offline marketing materials, better direct our advertising and provide pertinent offers we think you are more likely to be interested in. You can opt-out of us combining your personal information with the information lawfully collected from third parties by contacting us using the contact details set out below.

We, along with Wix and its Third Party Service Providers, use cookies and other similar technologies in order to ensure that our services perform properly, to analyze performance and marketing activities, and to personalize our visitors' experience.

4. Communications from DiSC-Behavioral

4.1 Promotional messages

4.2 Service and Billing Messages

We may also contact you either important information regarding our products.  When you place an order with us, we will e-mail you a copy of your billing information along with your package's tracking number. You cannot opt out of these messages.

The Services are intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. As a general matter, we usually do not knowingly collect or process personal information from children under the age of 16, unless a lower age is provided or allowed by local law. 


 

6. Data retention

Our site, along with Wix, may retain your Personal information for as long as your DiSC-Behavioral user account is active.  or as needed for other obligations including disputes resolution, fraud prevention, regulatory requirements, improving our services or maintaining security, and in each case, as consistent with applicable law. Non-personal information that has been sufficiently aggregated or anonymized may be retained for a longer period.
